Terminal Rental - Signatory Carriers

• Conditioned - $20.63/sq.ft./annum
• Non-Conditioned - $10.32/sq.ft./annum
• Baggage Service Desk - $16.05/sq.ft./annum
• Lower Level Office/Storage/Mobile - $16.05/sq.ft./annum
• Mezzanine Level Office - $25.21/sq.ft./annum
• Executive Office - $35.00/sq.ft./annum

Terminal Rental - Non-Signatory Carriers

• Conditioned - $25.79/sq.ft./annum
• Non-Conditioned - $12.90/sq.ft./annum
• Baggage Service Desk - $20.06/sq.ft./annum
• Lower Level Office/Storage/Mobile - $20.06/sq.ft./annum
• Mezzanine Level Office - $31.51/sq.ft./annum
• Executive Office - $43.75/sq.ft./annum

Joint Use Space/Common Area Fee - Signatory Carriers

• Formula (90% enplanements/10% equal) - See Airline Use Agreement

• $1.25 per 1,000 pounds maximum certificated gross landing weight

Passenger Facility Charge - All Carriers

• $4.50 per enplaned passenger

Passenger Loading Bridge Fee - Signatory Carriers

• $40.00 per operation

Passenger Loading Bridge Fee - Non-signatory Carriers

• $50.00 per operation

Special Capital Project Fund (Landing Fee Surcharge) - Signatory Carriers

• $0.41 per enplanement
